| Alfred Gockel
Alfred Alexander Gockel was born in Ludinghausen, Germany in 1952. From his earliest days on, he was fascinated by the magic of colors on paper. He studied at the Polytechnic Academy in Munster from 1973 - 1977. His main emphasis was typography, graphic design and advertising.
Alfred Alexander Gockel’s art collection is subdivided into two major categories: unique art work and graphics. This unique art mostly is oil on canvas, and in some periods he also creates aquarelles. His art is composed with the most beautiful lighted colors, trimmed with powerful black figures and accents. The separate colors and the black trims all fade together, and create an individual image for every spectator, no matter what culture or social position.
In his collection we can notice the craftsmanship and dedication of a man who started his career at this field of study, and still can seduce his audience with his own passion. The unique identification of his art, and the ability to load your own emotional batteries with his power, are the most heard purchase arguments. Over the past 20 years, Alfred Alexander Gockel has tried to enrich the world with his artistic view, without influencing his public with deeper messages. Alfred Gockel, was commissioned by the United States Olympic team to create an official piece of artwork for the 2006 Olympics in Torino, Italy.

| Pietro Adamo
The paintings of Pietro Adamo are abstract celebrations of the artist's admiration for the "unpredictable and inexhaustible record of life". Adamo abandons the monotony of conventional rendering of geometric forms through his textured surfaces and rough contours. In his passion to convey emotion, Adamo intimately works his canvases both applying and removing pigment to create a tactile quality. Layer upon layer of vibrant colors dynamically emerge and recede within the canvas. This juxtaposition of presence is what gives Adamo's work its mood and sensational quality.
Adamo clearly delights in the unbridled, intuitive nature of his forms that enable him to evoke sensations and emotions. Adamo emphasizes his art's liberating quality: "I have to paint.... to speak without words, to express myself without restrictions, never relenting." One can find optimism and strength in his work as he combines sophisticated geometric spatial relationships with raw, emotional use of colour.
Born in Toronto, Canada in 1955, Pietro Michele Adamo currently resides with his family in the town of Keinburg, Ontario. After graduation from the Fine Art and Art History programs at University of Toronto and Sheridan College in Oakville, Adamo went on to become an art professor at Chaminade College School in Toronto. There he established a strong Visual Arts department, and some of his students later became prominent architects, designers, illustrators and fine artists. Within two decades, not only did Adamo gain status as an effectual teacher, he also executed several private and public commissions of his work. By 1997, Adamo's work commanded his full time dedication. Today Pietro Adamo continuities to create original works from his home studio, continually exploring the potentionalitites of self-expression through his abstract work. His work can be found in private and public collections throughout North America, Europe and Asia. |
